Sessions are tailored to the needs of each individual and implement a variety of different techniques and bodywork modalities. Sessions may include relaxation massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sports massage, targeted stretching, medical massage, Thai bodywork, and hatha yoga with a therapeutic orientation.
Breath-centered Yoga combines movement (asana) and breathing (pranayama) to reduce stress and tension, open the body, and quiet the mind. Sessions may include 1 or 2 people.
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for general stress relief and relaxation. Chair Massage may include some of the same techniques used in a table session. Sessions are available in our office and we may be available for Chair Massage events at your office or event.
