It depends. You will probably feel more relaxed than when you came in. Many people have the experience of feeling “taller,” or “lighter,” and have more range of motion. You may feel tired or sleepy, or you may be energized. Fascial work can leave you feeling a bit disoriented but only mildly. 

Deep tissue and trigger point work can leave you feeling a bit sore the next day but only mildly and similar to workout soreness. Keeping your body well hydrated will also help with any sore- ness you might experience.
