Yes. Its actually preferable to keep your therapist informed on any discomfort or referral sensa- tion you might be experiencing. Its also important to speak up if the therapist is doing something that you don’t enjoy or doesn’t feel good to you. 

You’re also welcome to feel free and zone out, relax, and enjoy the quiet time. Although, these sessions aren’t usually the kind of bodywork session where you can easily fall asleep.
